Privacy Policy

Resumi stores the account, resume, theme, cover-letter, export, unlock, and AI-usage data needed to provide the product.

Authentication is handled by Clerk. Payments, receipts, taxes, and refund records are handled by Stripe. Public resume sharing is optional and only publishes resumes you choose to publish. Shared resume pages are noindex by default unless you opt a specific resume into search indexing.

We use PostHog for privacy-minimized product analytics, Google Analytics 4 for marketing traffic measurement, Google AdSense for advertising on Resumi-owned content pages, and Sentry for error monitoring. We do not send resume content, cover-letter content, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses to product analytics.

For visitors in regions that require consent, Google Consent Mode v2 defaults ad and analytics storage to denied until consent is available through Google's certified Privacy & messaging flow. Resumi Pro subscribers do not see ads.

Resume and cover-letter content can contain personal information. Avoid entering information you do not want stored or shared in a public link. Pasted job descriptions and generated tailoring suggestions are transient request data only; they are not stored as separate tailored copies or sent to analytics.

Signed-in users can download a JSON export of Resumi-owned account data from the account page. The same page includes a permanent deletion flow for your Clerk account and Resumi data.

Support form messages are sent to Resumi support by email and are not stored in the application database or sent to product analytics. We use the email address you provide only to reply.
