Refund Policy
Resumi launches with manual support-only refunds. We do not provide an automated refund button in the app.
If a full refund is approved, the related resume is relocked and paid-only clean export and clean share access are removed for that resume. Subscription cancellations are managed through the billing portal and keep Pro access until the current paid period ends unless the subscription period has already expired.
Partial refunds do not automatically relock a resume. Support reviews refund requests case by case.
Deleting your account does not create a refund by itself. The deletion flow cancels an active subscription first, and payment or refund questions still go through support.
To request help with a payment or refund, email support@resumi.app with your account email, resume title, and Stripe receipt if available.
